| I have used Packards for almost 20 years over multiple cars. These people are great! The work is always very well done and very well priced. They are always friendly. One major thing that I appreciate is that they never treat my wife like she's "just a girl" like way too many service stations do. They are honest and never try to oversell her on things she doesn't need. My wife appreciates that, too, and would also recommend Packards. The only possible negative thing I can even say about them is that they do get busy sometimes and can be slower than I'd like. But they aren't a huge shop, and if they get busy, that means people actually use them. Can't fault that. I trust Packards with any car work that I may need, and I will continue to use them as long as I live in the area. |

| I appreciate the great service that Packard's provided when my daughter's car had a misfire. Chris called within one hour after dropping off the vehicle to let me know what the problem was and the cost of the repair. Within about 4 hours, I picked up the vehicle and it is running great. |
