Bill Packard runs an old school service station. I have seen him and his employees go far out of their way to help anyone that pulls up. Every one of the employees here has a positive attitude, and greets everyone with a smile. This is an old school SERVICE station.

I would recommend Packard's BP to any family member or friend who is looking for a honest, knowledgeable, and dependable service station. I have spent the last 5 years driving 30 minutes from South Nashville just to use their services. I have yet to regret that decision. Keep up the great work!

We brought my 200 Explorer in to get the control panel for the heater and air rehooked and I don't think it was touched.We did get the oil changed.

They always give 110% - it's like one of those businesses that existed many years ago - from a time when the world was simpler and they could give people individual attention. They recognize you and know your name. I am not sure how they do it in this fast paced world.But I am sure glad that we have them here in Donelson.
